Recipe for Collagen packed protein banana bread
I love this simple treat and don't feel guilty - You'll need:
4 cups flour ( you pick the type you like the best)
6 scoops collagen protein
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda ( mix all the dry ingredients and fold into the wet ones)
1 stick of butter unsalted
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup unbleached sugar
4 eggs
5 mashed brown bananas
Mix all wet ingredients together well and then fold in dry ingredients.
Option to all 3/4 bag of chocolate chips
Then split into 2 loaf pans and cook at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until center comes clean with a toothpick
