Ingredients:
2 cups spinach

1/4 cup each chopped peppers, onions, carrots, beets, red cabbage
1 Tbsp balsamic dressing
2 oz crumbled bleu cheese
Layer all ingredients into bowl and top with Balsamic dressing.

1/2 cup red peppers
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
2 cups mixed greens
slice watermelon
